  Apple Pie Bread Pudding
Cozy, warm, delicious bread pudding topped with vanilla ice-cream.
Cook Time: 1 hour

Serves: 4-5 people


7 slices of bread
3 eggs
½ cup milk
1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped
1 tbsp ARQA Cinnamon
4 apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp corn flour


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Slice bread into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon.  
  4. Add the bread and stir well.
  5. In a baking pan, evenly spread the bread mixture.
  6. In another bowl, mix together the apples with brown sugar and corn flour.
  7. Spread the apple mix evenly on top and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  8. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
