Selection
Look for even coloured leaves, avoid leaves that look dry, wilted and have spots or blemishes on them.
Storage
Fresh herbs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Ensure the leaves are completely dry and stored in an airtight container. You can also freeze them in oil ice cubes to store the leaves for up to 6 months.
