A healthy alternative to all your breakfast and brunch woes.
Cook Time: 10 minutes + chill time
Serves: 1 person
1/4 cup black sesame seeds
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
1 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp vanilla essence
All ingredients available at Foodhall stores.
- In a food processor, grind sesame seeds until a paste is formed.
- In a jar, combine the paste with milk and chia seeds. Shake it well and refrigerate overnight.
- To make the cashew cream, mix cashews, water and vanilla in a food processor until it forms into a creamy mixture.
- Spread the cashew cream over the chia seed pudding and serve
