Whole Eggs – 3

Burrata – 2

Cornflour – 10 gms 

Castor Sugar – 100 gms

Mascarpone – 150 gms

Lemon Zest – 2 lemons 

Biscotti / Cookies – 3

METHOD


METHOD

  1. In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese & castor sugar
  2. Add in the eggs, one at a time 
  3. Add the burrata cheese 
  4. Fold in the cornflour & lemon zest 
  5. Bake in a water bath for 20 minutes at 160 degree celsius
