Chicken Dumpling
From movie theatres to family meals, the dumpling has become as addition to the appetizer list.  Chef Ying Zhang of Trident shares a recipe.

INGREDIENTS


70 g minced chicken
5 g onion chopped
10 g cabbage chopped
4 g salt
6 g sugar
5 ml soy sauce
10 g potato starch
1 pinch white pepper powder
10 ml onion oil
5 ml sesame oil
White wonton skins

METHOD


  1. Mix all the above ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Stuff the white wonton skins with the mixture and shape them into dumplings.
  3. Steam the dumplings for 6 minutes and serve hot.
