Avocado; 1 ripe
Organic raw honey or maple syrup; 1/3 cup
Cocoa powder; 21/2 tbsp.
Extra virgin coconut oil; 3 tbsp.
Vanilla extract; 1 tsp.
Ground chia seeds; 2 tsp.
Coconut milk; 1 cup
Garnish- Almond chopped, walnut chopped, cocoa nibs
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and silky.
2. Divide pudding into ramekins/cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving allowing chia seeds to thicken.
3. Sprinkle with chopped almonds, walnuts, cocoa nibs on top before serving.
