Tender Coconut water – 1 cup
Musk Melon, Peel, de-seed & cut into cubes – 1 cup
Watermelon, Peel, de-seed & cut into cubes – 1 cup
Tender Coconut meat – 2 tbsp
Arqa Black Salt – ½ tsp
Fresh Mint leaves – chopped
Combine both melons in a blender with crushed ice, a little sugar syrup (if needed) and fresh mint leaves and grind to smooth puree.
Add the tender coconut water and black salt and mix well.
Pass through a strainer and chill the juice.
Garnish with chopped fresh mint leaves and chopped tender coconut meat.
