It's starting to get nippy and Kankana Saxena has the perfect little bowl of soba noodles to keep you warm
150-gram soba noodles
¼ cup chopped green onions, plus some more for garnish
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1-tablespoon soya sauce

- Put chopped green onions, cilantro, ginger, soya sauce and honey in a small blender. Blend them to form a smooth sauce.
- In a saucepan, bring enough water to a boil. Drop the soba noodles and allow it to boil for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Once done, drain the soba noodles and mix in the sauce.
- Sprinkle some chopped green onions on top and serve warm.
