Soba Noodles Recipe
  Ginger Soya Soba Noodles
It's starting to get nippy and Kankana Saxena has the perfect little bowl of soba noodles to keep you warm

INGREDIENTS


150-gram soba noodles
¼ cup chopped green onions, plus some more for garnish
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1-tablespoon soya sauce
1-inch ginger
1-tablespoon honey
Salt
Pepper

METHOD


  1. Put chopped green onions, cilantro, ginger, soya sauce and honey in a small blender. Blend them to form a smooth sauce.
  2. In a saucepan, bring enough water to a boil. Drop the soba noodles and allow it to boil for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Once done, drain the soba noodles and mix in the sauce.
  4. Sprinkle some chopped green onions on top and serve warm.
