INGREDIENTS


1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup fresh kale
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen berries
½ tsp flaxseed
3 dates (pitted)
1 cup coconut water
½ cup unsweetened almond milk

METHOD


  1. Blend the ingredients together.
  2. Pour into a tall glass.
