Grilled Avocado with Salsa

INGREDIENTS


2 avocados 
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil

METHOD


  1. Mix oil, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a bowl to prepare the cilantro lime dressing.
  2. Mix onion, tomato with some salt and pepper in a bowl to prepare the salsa.
  3. Slice the avocados in half and remove the seed plus skin. Rub some oil on it and grill it for a few minutes on both the side. Once done, place it on serving plate and spoon the salsa on the avocados and drizzle cilantro lime salsa on top.
  4. Serve warm with crusty bread on the side.
