1 tsp Arqa cardamom pods, crushed
1½ cups milk
2 to 4 tbsp cane sugar
A dash of vanilla extract
2 tbsp Arqa Java Chai Latte
400 ml water
Few ice cubes
Chopped pistachios to garnish
All ingredients are available at Foodhall stores
- In a saucepan, heat up cardamom seeds with milk & sugar. Stir well to dissolve all the sugar. Once simmering, take it off the heat. Let it steep for at least one hour to let all the flavours infuse. Strain through fine sieve & add a dash of vanilla extract. Leave it aside.
- In another saucepan, heat up the water & Arqa Java Chai Latte. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain & let it cool.
- In a tall glass, drop in a few ice cubes & pour in the brewed chai. Top it with the cardamom infused milk & garnish with chopped pistachio. Serve immediately.
