Kale

Also known as leaf cabbage, the leaves of this plant are green or purple in colour. The leaves are curled around the edges and do not form into a head like a traditional cabbage. The flavour profile is earthy, grassy and mildly bitter.

How To Store

Do not wash before storing. Tightly store in a plastic bag with no space for air to seep in. The long you store kale, the more bitter it gets. It will stay well for 4-5 days.
