Every year, Navratri marks the beginning of all festivities and initiates the fasting period. It is during these nine days when people pay their gratitude to the Goddess by devoting prayers and part taking in sacrifices, one being refraining from certain kind of foods.

Keeping in mind the sanctity of this festival adorned with special recipes from our chefs, Foodhall has created a special Navratra menu that lets you indulge in the festivities the traditional way.

Kuttu ki Khichdi – Rs. 175 

Kuttu Ki KhichdiGluten free preparation made with buckwheat kernels, boiled potatoes and garnished with finely chopped coriander.

Sabudana Paneer Vada – Rs.150 

Sabudana VadaBuckwheat flour and sago pearls are combined with mashed potato, paneer and finely chopped almonds. It is then shallow fried and served with fresh coriander chutney for a spicy treat.

Shakarkandi Anaar Chaat – Rs.150 

sweet-potato-saladSweet potato is boiled, diced and then deep fried until golden brown. Simple ingredients like pomegranate seeds and a little bit of coriander chutney binds this preparation together to create the perfect fasting food.
