  Pesto Genovese
A snack for anytime; Smear your bread with plenty of pesto and enjoy!

Serves: Makes 200 g

INGREDIENTS


250 g basil leaves
60 ml olive oil
40 g Parmesan
10 g pine nuts
20 g walnuts
20 g garlic, minced
Arqa Salt and black pepper to taste

METHOD


  1. Process basil, oil, parmesan, pine nuts, pecorino, and garlic in a food processor
  2. Blend until smooth and season with salt. Use as and when required.
