Pickled Marigold Cucumbers
Think of an appetizer that will instantly bring everyone closer to the dinner table, then think Pickled Marigold Cucumbers.

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 tsp Arqa sea salt
1 tbsp Arqa Marigold
½ green onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup white vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


All ingredients are available at Foodhall


  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced cucumbers with salt, and refrigerate for half an hour.
  2. Drain the excess liquid from the cucumbers.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and Arqa Marigold; give it a good toss and chill for 15 minutes. Serve cold.
