100 g cooked quinoa
1-2 carrots, finely cut into thin sticks
1 zucchini, finely cut into thin sticks
1 radish, finely cut into thin sticks
2 Nori sheet
1 g Wasabi
Spicy japanese mayo
Note: You can also add sliced tuna, smoked salmon or prawns.
All ingredients available at Foodhall stores
- On a sushi mat, lay down the nori sheet. Spread cooked quinoa on top and spread evenly on whole of the nori sheet. You can do this easily by using the back of a spoon or with your fingers.
- Place the zucchini, carrot, radish sticks on one end of the nori and roll tightly with the help of the sushi mat.
- Cut the roll into 8 equal sizes.
- Serve cold with soy sauce, ginger pickle & wasabi paste.
