Sugar & Spice Vegetables
A mix of sugar, spice and winter vegetables can make all things nice.

Serves: 3-4 people

INGREDIENTS


1 cup turnip
1 cup baby potato
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup sweet potato
1 cup shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp ARQA rosemary
½ tsp ARQA cinnamon
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp honey
Seasoning to taste

METHOD


  1. Peel, cut & wash all the vegetables into big dices or cubes. Place them on a baking tray.
  2. Drizzle olive oil, minced garlic, ARQA spices, salt & pepper.
  3. Toss well, cover with silver foil & bake for 25- 35 minutes, until all the vegetables are tender, turning & tossing vegetables in between.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley & adjust seasoning & serve hot.
