Vegan Breakfast Bowl with Berries
A vegan bowl of yogurt with fresh berries for a quick, wholesome breakfast.

INGREDIENTS


Foodhall Coconut Yogurt; 1/2 cup
Foodhall Rolled Oats Granola; 3 tbsp
Banana, ripe; 1, sliced
Strawberries (fresh, seasonal); 4-5 cut

Blackberries; 1/2 cup
Pomegranate seeds; 2 tbsp
Almonds, slivered; 1 tbsp
Walnut, crushed; 1 tbsp
Flax seeds & Chia seeds, toasted; 1 tsp each

Maple Syrup; 2 tbsp

METHOD


Place the coconut yogurt in a bowl and top with granola, fresh fruits & berries, nuts and sprinkle flax & chia on top, drizzle honey if required and serve chilled.
